1. We don't work with any other company becouse of our best output.
2. Vintage Film Photography hold the rights to use the photographs & Videos for any kind of commercial purpose.( If client does not want to upload any kind of commercial purpose., they will be charged 70% extra of the package for our copyright issue )
3. Client should reach the venue on time, if they are not able to reach on time Vintage Film photography does not liable for the good service
4. We are the artist .We expect from our client good behavior and cooperation.
5. We will provide whole event coverage in the venue
6. Pay us in full at the end of the program
7. Client have to collect the photos & videos from our office
8. Normal delivery 30 working days ( Express delivery 7 days (15,000/-)
9. In total program circumstances before the full content delivery if any type of unexpected occurrence ( hijacked,disk crash,damaged footage ) happens vintage film photography Authority will not be liable for those incidents
10. Clients responsibility after delivery ( Requesting to complete the download within 5 days. After 5 days drive will be deleted automatically, and then vintage film photography will not be responsible. On the other hand, if you are thinking to visit our office and collect the footage physically. Then make sure to collect them within 5 days. After 5 days vintage film photography will not be responsible for any kind of damage or missing the files.)
11. Bashor Shoot should extra 10,000/- taka ONE PHOTOGRAPHER.
12. If there is any problem related to the condition then VINTAGE FILM PHOTOGRAPHY not responsible
13. There is no refund policy ( if there is any changes in date have to inform us atleast 2 weeks before the events )
